How can I track my order?
You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number as soon as your package leaves the warehouse. You can also log in to your account to see all the delivery information.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We offer several payment methods, including: VISA, Mastercard, iDeal, TWINT, Klarna.
Do I need to create an account to order?
Yes, the creation of an account is mandatory for age checking.
Can I cancel a completed order?
It is no longer possible to cancel an order once it has been shipped. However, if your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact our support via e-mail at support@grapl.com. We will do our best to help you.
How can I return a product?
For information on how to return a product, please contact our support at support@grapl.com.
I have received a broken bottle, what should I do?
If unfortunately one or more bottles arrive broken, please contact our support team immediately by e-mail support@grapl.com. For all broken products, we may require you to send us photos via e-mail to enable us to determine the source of the problem and improve our services.
Can I change the delivery address of my package?
Before placing your order, you can enter and/or change the address in your customer account. Once the order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to change it. If you have any problems or questions, please contact our support via e-mail support@grapl.com.
Can I send the wine to a different address than the billing address?
No problem, after confirmation of the shopping cart you have the possibility to enter the desired delivery address. Later, during the payment process, you can enter another address. Be sure to always include the recipient's phone number!
Is my personal data safe?
When you enter your data on GRAPL, you are safe. For more details, please read our privacy policy, accessible at the end of the page.
How can I change my login details (e-mail, password, etc.)?
Just access your account, accessible from the icon at the top right of the page. If you do not yet have an account, you can create one in a few clicks.
I have forgotten my password, what can I do?
Select "Forgot your password?" on the login page, you will receive a link to reset your password by e-mail.
What is the credit card CVV code?
The CVV code is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your credit card.
